This is an idea I hard that thought I would throw out here and see your thoughts. Whilst slightly un formed and as yet untried I like the idea and hope to try it out soon :)
** Goal to create a scenario where participants can highlight issues they are facing or aspects of their practice which should be encouraged. By creating a sense of play around issues participants are more likely to get involved and contribute to the discussion.
What to do
- Team is broken up into groups of 4-6
- Each team is given a blank board game
- Each player is invited to create an avatar for the board
- Each player is asked to create three “Positive scenarios” - each scenario is prioritised.
- Each player is asked to create three “Negative scenarios” - each scenario is prioritised.
- The team then prioritises the scenarios based on impact to the team.
- The scenarios are then placed around the board alternating between Positive and Negative.
- Each player is given 2 cards to move around the board.
- Let the game begin
